Regulars will still not be charged deposits for an appointment unless they reschedule frequently. I don’t like taking deposits because it’s a pain but I can’t run a business with time being lost that could have been filled.
All deposits are non-refundable. This is now £50 due to rising costs and will be deducted from treatment on the day.
Your deposit is transferable to a new appointment should you require to reschedule. This is applicable to two reschedules, after which a new deposit is required and the existing one will be used as a cancellation fee.
Minimum deposit is £50 but a larger deposit will be required for multiple treatments at the same time or high cost treatments requiring prescriptions
Consultation appointments are free but a deposit will be required to reschedule if this is cancelled within 24 hours.
If you don’t show up for your appointment, cancel outright or reschedule two appointments, your deposit will be kept as a cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will require a deposit for the next appointment
All deposits are non-transferable, this means they cannot be given to someone else to use for their appointment
No shows don’t usually get reappointed. This includes no-shows for consultations.
Thank you for understanding.
