Duty of Candour Annual Report

As regulated medical professionals, we have a duty of care to the public. This is something we should be transparent about. All services are required to disclose any major unexpected or unintended incidents that cause bodily harm. We are required to provide a report to the public each year, whether any incident happened or not.
